The black boy with white was born January 13, 2012. His Sire is CH Glen Royal's Dare Devil, Dam is Seascape's New York, New York, color, black with white chest, ready to go March 9, he can be delivered to Northern N.J.  His price is $900. His name is Jack Frost.

 Out of Brickett's Liar Liar (same sire as Madison's litter) and Ivory Lace Black-eyed Pea is this parti cutie-pie Spike.  He's a black and white parti boy.  He will be ready to go home within a week.  His Price is $1,100.

CHOOSING A PUPPY
We breed only one or two litters a year here at Pinecliff Cockers and occasionally have puppies available to show or pet homes.  We welcome you to visit our home...and warn you against breeders who do not!  After you have been approved (application must be completed and references given), you may choose your puppy from our website pictures or arranging a visit when the puppies are age-appropriate for visitors (generally after first round of shots).  We also offer webcam streaming video for invited guests.  This is a great way to watch these beautiful puppies play and snuggle and interact with each other, the mamma and us.  I will happily (and proudly!) provide additional photos upon request.  Next I would require that you post your non-refundable deposit (see below for deposit and payment information).  Puppies are generally ready to go to their new homes at 8-10 weeks of age.  You may pick your puppy up, or we are willing to drive part of the way to deliver your puppy into your waiting arms, allowing you to spend time with your baby as you bring him or her to their new home.  We are located in northern New Jersey, so please be guided accordingly.  Your puppy will come with their favorite toy, their favorite blanket with their mother's scent, and a very special Pinecliff Cockers gift.

Our puppies are "home grown"!  They are born and raised in the heart of my home, completely socialized with other dogs, cats, children and adults.  This is one of the reasons Pinecliff Cockers are in such high demand.  A loving disposition is just one of the things our puppies are known for.  From the day they are born, they are cuddled, snuggled, kissed, and groomed, and most of all loved.  And they give that love right back!  We also begin potty training!   

PURCHASING A PUPPY
Puppy pricing is determined by pedigree, sex, conformation, markings, and sometimes age.  A minimum deposit of $200 is required to hold a puppy.  This is non-refundable, however it may be transferrable to another available puppy.  In the event it is determined after the puppies have been evaluated (generally between 6-8 weeks of age), that a puppy or puppies will not be available for sale, a full refund will be given if another puppy is not available or not desired.  We do not sell our puppies to brokers, puppy mills or pet stores.  Please do not ask!  Our puppies are sold to loving homes only and we do extensive interviews and checking of references before a prospective new home is considered, including the possibility of a home visit, so please be guided accordingly!  Payment in full is required when you pick your puppy up. We accept credit and debit cards (through Paypal...go to www.Paypal.com to register), money orders, or cash.  Please no personal checks.

HEALTH RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES
All of our puppies receive age-appropriate rounds of deworming and first round of distemper/parvo/coronavirus shots.  All puppies will have their dew claws removed and tails docked.  They will come vet checked by Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital of Hewitt, NJ together with their Certificate of Health, our health guarantee of one-year for any life-threatening diseases, as well as their favorite toy and a blanket with their mother's scent to ensure their comfort in their transition to your home.  You will receive a Puppy Packet outlining their date and time of birth, ongoing growth record, deworming and shot dates, as well as first month dose of heartworm medication.

AKC PUPPIES
AKC registration on all Pinecliff Puppies is required!  Your AKC papers are provided on what is called Limited registration.  What this means is that these puppies are being sold as pets only and will not be able to be shown for conformation or used for breeding purposes.  They can participate in Agility Trials, Obedience and Rally and sporting events.  We reserve the right to sell for breeding rights and/or to approved show homes, this will be determined on an individual basis.  Your puppy's AKC paperwork will be forwarded to you upon our receipt of your vet's confirmation that your puppy has been spayed or neutered when age-appropriate.   We recommend spaying/neutering by 6 months of age.
