Emily is our beautiful chocolate tri. Her coat colors are a wonderful chocolate and white with tan points, including those trademark eyebrows! Emily has brought us one litter of beautiful chocolate tri's as well. Emily has now been bred to a gorgeous sable boy Sir Lancelot. The litter should arrive in early January. We expect sable parti's, chocolate parti's and/or sables from this litter. Check out the Nursery Page for pictures!
Emily is a very happy girl who loves to play, run around outside and chase the swans, ducks and squirrels, and always loves to sit on the couch and watch tv and snuggle (whether it's with me or any of the cats!). All of her puppies are snuggle-bunnies too!
"Grace's Angel Madison of Pinecliff" is our Madison's official AKC name. Born on May 18, 2009, she joined our family on July 15, 2009, having traveled from West Virginia. Madison’s pedigree is quite impressive, with many many Champions behind both her mom and dad, including a 2009 winner at Westminster (fathered out of CH B-Mac's Quick Draw McGraw). Madison is, of course, AKC registered. For Madison's Pedigree, click on her photo above. Madison is just too cute for words. She loves to snuggle, play with the dogs and cats here at Pinecliff (especially Bentley), or just lay on your feet when you sit down. We all love her to pieces. I'd like to thank Sandy of RaySan Cockers and Karen of Whispering Hollow Cockers for bringing me such a special little girl! Madison is a spirited little girl who loves to play, explore and keep up with Bentley, our chocolate tri boy. So right now, she's a little bit of a tom-boy, but that's okay. Once she's done playing, she's very content to snuggle, give kisses and lay across your feet.
Madison competed in her very first dog show (mine too!) on December 13, 20009. The ride to show got unexpectedly treacherous. Kudos to my friend Pam for her excellent and safe driving. We are proud to say that Madison did very well in the ring for a 7-month old puppy. The judge, Mr. Kittredge, was very very nice and offered some excellent tips. And she took First Prize in her class! But more importantly, we both had fun. There were almost 1,700 dogs entered into the show. It was amazing to see all of the different breeds. And of course, some gorgeous cockers! Madison is entered into two more shows January 9 and January 10, 2010. Our attending is going to depend on Emily though and whether or not she goes into labor early! So stay tuned!!!
